Free Webinar on Teaching RDA Scheduled for February 24
Elisa Sze, Education and Orientation Officer for the RDA Steering Committee (RSC), will present Report on Approaches to Teaching RDA in the LIS Classroom and take questions in a free webinar on Friday, February 24 at 10:00 am CST (UTC -6). The report draws on insights gathered from a year-long series of informal, in-person interviews conducted over Zoom with a variety of educators and offers library and information science (LIS) educators and includes a possible approach for incorporating the official RDA Toolkit into courses about metadata creation and cataloguing.
